Machine Description

This machine adopts a fully CNC intelligent system with frequency conversion speed regulation, pneumatic compensation for the abrasive, memory function, and remote network connectivity. It is equipped with a high-power, large gear reducer. It can process materials continuously or at arbitrary intervals, and can be operated manually or automatically. It allows for pre-setting where no processing is needed, and switching between processing straight and round edges requires no change of polishing abrasive. It can automatically adjust its height to grind various materials such as granite, marble, and quartz stone according to different material thicknesses. The polishing abrasive has internal water outlet, and the processing speed reaches up to 4m/min. All processing steps, from shaping to polishing, are completed in one pass, resulting in a gloss level higher than the surface gloss of the finished product!
