The automatic hydraulic filter press is composed of frame, filter part, hydraulic pressing system, automatic plate pulling system, automatic flushing filter cloth system (generally not required by customers) and program-controlled electrical system. - a) Frame part: it plays the role of supporting the pressing device and filter plate, and is composed of base, push plate, tail plate and main beam.
- b) Filter part: it is mainly composed of filter plate and filter cloth installed on the main beam between tail plate and push plate.
- c) Hydraulic pressing system: it is the power conversion and output part of the filter press. It is composed of an oil cylinder installed on the base and an external pump station connected by high-pressure pipeline.
- d) Automatic plate pulling system: it is a plate puller that outputs high-pressure oil from the hydraulic system, forms torque through the motor, and then transmits it to the plate pulling track through sprocket, shaft and chain. The reciprocating plate pulling movement of the plate puller is realized by changing the oil supply direction.
- e) Automatic washing filter cloth system: it is composed of a pipe with multiple nozzles and a cylinder, which is connected by the transmission system of chain, sprocket and plate puller, so as to realize the synchronous action with the plate puller.
- f) Program controlled electrical system: it is the most advanced electrical control system with PLC (Japan Omron Series) as the core. It can not only realize the automatic control of the filter press system, but also compile some functions other than the filter press into the controller according to the needs of customers, such as electric or hydraulic valves, feed pumps, conveyors and other related systems, Truly realize fully automated operation. And can freely choose between automation and semi automation at any time.

Scope of responsibilities and construction division of both parties
- The Seller shall be responsible for the integrity of the complete set of equipment provided, including random spare parts, vulnerable parts, connecting bolts and anchor bolts for on-site installation.
- The buyer shall provide the power cable from the power distribution room to the supplier’s electric control cabinet and provide the supplier with sufficient data to ensure the normal operation and control of the filter press.
- Construction division: the buyer is responsible for on-site unloading of equipment and external pipeline installation, and the seller provides on-site equipment installation guidance, training and commissioning services.
