ZDMJ series automatic granite polishing machine is especially designed to polish granite slabs, adopts resin polishing heads, it is light weight and with a reasonable structure, greatly reduced the load of spindle carrying bridge. Assemble high-quality linear guide as the drive rail, perfectly ensure machine bridge slip on guide without any delay. Combine with PLC program, it would be very easy for user to get more beautiful marble slabs. The working pressure of the polishing head and the polishing width of the plate are adjustable within the set value range. This machine can automatically recognize the shape of the plate. Each polishing head can automatically lift and lower according to the shape of the identification plate, and track and record the shape of the plate.

Basement with interchangeable plates

1)The base of RUIFENG granite line polishing machine is made by high-strength steel, and is processed by large CNC machine center, to reduce the vibration and polishing noise, get better operation experience and polishing quality in a long using life.

2)After a long time wear,machines table is extremely vulnerable to damage by conveyor belt long time sliding. In order to avoid this situation, RUIFENG adopts special interchangeable iron plates to reinforced tables surface.

Drive unit

Machine drive unit is consist of an external gear motor and a set of multi-layer adhesive conveyor belt. Gear motor with large-capacity gearbox, ensure the gear movement is perfectly transmitted to the conveyor belt. The special belt for granite, with design of anti-slip teeth, reverse arrangement to prevent the slabs slipping.

Processing group

1)Polishing group is made of one single piece of electrical-welded steel. Spindle of housing is special steel what compressed by 1200 tons of pressure, reduce the material gap, make the spindle more wear-resistant.

2)Equipped with great flexibility disk polishing heads, top of heads is casting material with aluminum bottom, and equipped with a whole reinforced phase rubber pad in the middle.
